We Are Not a Company.
We Are a Family.
TM17pro was built by soccer parents who raised four children through elite youth sport on two continents — and built what they once wished had existed.
From Backyard Games to 36 Cities Nationwide
TM17pro began with the Dieseler family’s own experiences. Having raised four soccer-loving kids across two continents — Germany and the United States — Mirko and Marion saw firsthand how difficult it is for families to navigate the maze of youth soccer development.
With deep connections to both the US and German soccer systems, and with Mirko holding a UEFA B License and two Master’s degrees, they realized they could use their knowledge to help young players maximize their potential in a way that was honest, structured, and truly family-centered.
The name TM17pro comes from Torsten Mattuschka — a former business partner of Mirko’s who played five years for Union Berlin and served as their captain. When Mirko relocated to the United States, the partnership evolved — but the name and the spirit it carried remained. TM17pro carries that legacy forward.
Today, TM17pro operates soccer camps in 36+ US cities, runs programs in Hamburg and at RC Lens in France, operates a specialized goalkeeper academy in Germany, and runs a FIFA-licensed soccer agency for players ready to make the transition to professional football.
“Our kids have played in schoolyards, club teams, and regional leagues in both Germany and the US. We’ve seen it all. One thing became crystal clear: families need honest guidance, not guesswork, when it comes to navigating the soccer journey.”
— Mirko Dieseler, Founder & CEOMirko & Marion. Parents First.
We are not a company that happened to enter soccer. We are soccer parents who raised four children through elite youth sport on two continents, made every mistake, asked every hard question — and built what we once wished had existed.
Years spent on the ground in both Germany and the US, building an international network of coaches, scouts, and mentors. His philosophy is direct and honest — the German way. As a UEFA B-licensed coach with a Master of Sports Science and a Master of Education, Mirko combines academic rigour with practical experience at the highest levels of youth development.
TM17pro’s soccer agency operates in partnership with Dr. Holger Jakob, a FIFA-licensed agent based in Berlin with deep roots in the German professional football ecosystem. Together, Mirko and Holger give TM17pro the ability to support players making the transition to professional opportunity.
Marion understands, from the inside, what it feels like to raise a child through elite youth soccer — four times over, across two countries. The parent support she offers isn’t opinion. It’s grounded in academic science and lived experience in equal measure.
Qualified as a Music Therapist, Family Therapist, and Master of Education, Marion brings a depth of human understanding to the parent side of the TM17pro experience that is genuinely rare in youth soccer. She built the Soccer Parent platform and the Soccer Circle Stammtisch community for exactly this reason.
Leon Bätge. The Story Behind the Coach.
Some coaching relationships are built through job postings and interviews. Ours wasn’t. Leon Bätge and Jonas Dieseler — Mirko’s son and a professional goalkeeper himself — played together at the same professional club in Berlin. And they were competitors for the same position.
The coach, trying to push both goalkeepers to perform, deliberately tried to make them rivals. It backfired. Instead of becoming enemies, Leon and Jonas became best friends. That friendship — built on a training pitch in Berlin — is the foundation of everything Leon brings to TM17pro today.
Leon went on to sign his first professional contract at Eintracht Frankfurt under Nico Kovac, one of European football’s most decorated coaches. He trained under goalkeeper coaches Manfred Petz and Jan Zimmermann at Bundesliga level — learning the craft of goalkeeping at the highest standard in European football.
Last summer, Leon came to the US for trials at MLS clubs. He visited the Dieseler family. He came to Augusta to coach at our summer camp — and something clicked. The feedback from players was immediate. The connection with the TM17pro philosophy was undeniable. Leon decided to join us.
He now serves as our Director of Coaching and Soccer Operations, running our goalkeeper academy in Germany and personally leading the specialized goalkeeper programs that have already changed the trajectory of players like Noah and Tobias.
Leon and Jonas Dieseler competed for the same goalkeeper spot at a professional club in Berlin. Their coach tried to make them enemies. They became best friends instead.

Four Children. Two Continents. One Mission.
We didn’t build TM17pro as a business idea. We built it as an extension of our family’s own journey through elite youth sport — with everything we learned along the way.

A Network Built Over Two Decades
The TM17pro network wasn’t bought. It was earned — through years of coaching, scouting, playing, and building relationships at every level of the game in both Germany and the United States.
Our contacts span the entire German professional pyramid. From the fifth Bundesliga through to the first — coaches, scouts, directors, and former professionals who know us and trust our player assessments. This is how real doors open.
An official partnership with one of France’s most historic professional clubs. RC Lens has a proud tradition of developing elite youth talent — and we have built a genuine relationship that gives our players access to professional club training.
Recognized as the nation’s largest independently operated soccer camp program. From New York to Seattle, from Augusta to Toronto — we have built a footprint that reaches players across the entire continent.
Our Berlin-based partner Dr. Holger Jakob holds a FIFA agent license and brings deep roots in the German professional football ecosystem. Together with Mirko’s coaching and scouting network, this gives TM17pro the full infrastructure to support players making the transition to professional football. LinkedIn →
